The Screws on the Slide Runout have to withstand a lot during play, so they are intentionally designed to fit very tightly. This is important to keep the connection reliable when your children use the Slide again and again. The best way to install the Runout is with two people: one aligns the Slide and Runout carefully, while the other secures the connection. If the parts are slightly misaligned, it can quickly feel as if the Screw does not fit. Once everything is properly aligned, the QUADRO Screw turns 90 degrees and locks cleanly into place.
