A slimy film can form when water sits for an extended period and a natural biofilm develops. For a QUADRO children’s Pool, we therefore recommend changing the water regularly, ideally daily with intensive use. We do not recommend chlorine or other chemical water additives for a children’s Pool. Instead, clean the emptied Pool with a soft sponge, plenty of water, and, if needed, a small amount of mild dish soap. Afterward, rinse the Pool thoroughly with clear water before refilling it.
