When you order a QUADRO bundle, you receive several coordinated QUADRO products in one order. The included assembly instructions and safety information therefore refer to the individual products contained in the bundle.
This means that the box may not always include printed instructions for the exact model shown in the online store image. You can find the correct assembly instructions in the QUADRO Model Database.
There are two ways to do this.
If a direct model link is provided for the bundle, it is best to open this link when purchasing the bundle. It will take you directly to the corresponding model in the QUADRO Model Database, where you can view, download, and print the assembly instructions if needed.
Alternatively, you can write down the model number of the model shown in the online store, provided that it is listed there. You can then enter this model number in the search field of the QUADRO Model Database to open the matching model.
This is important because one bundle can often be used to build more than one model. If you want to build the exact model you selected in the online store, the direct model link or model number is the most reliable way to find it.
If you are no longer sure which bundle or model you ordered, you can check your customer account. To do so, go to your customer account in the online store.
If your customer account was created with your email address before 2025, you can still log in using your password. If you have forgotten your password or would like to log in without one, simply enter your email address. You will then receive a PIN code by email, which you can use to log in.
In your customer account, you can view your order. You can then use the model link or model number to open the correct assembly instructions in the QUADRO Model Database.
